Job Description:The Technical Lead for Salesforce Development will be part of the Client Interactions area within Group Platforms LNR (Luxury New Retail). This role involves supporting worldwide Salesforce initiatives to deliver tailored solutions to Customer Relation Centres (CRC) and client-facing teams.
The template is built on state-of-the-art solutions, primarily leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and Vonage CTI. In collaboration with the Technology Team Lead, you will lead the development team to deliver successful features and automations that enhance the operational efficiency of CRCs.
You will work closely with Business Analysts to engineer solutions to business problematics and ensure high-quality delivery of the roadmap.
This role requires expertise in Service Cloud solutions and a focus on delivering scalable and flexible solutions that can onboard different Maisons within the same template.
Key Responsibilities:- Propose and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in the complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions using coding best practices.
- Your client-centric mindset allows you to identify and recommend creative solutions to build extensions to the out-of-the-box capabilities of the platform.
- Guide the development team to a successful setup and ensure they follow best practices.
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources like architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and any technical issues.
- Understand dependencies and anticipate regressions on the platform.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and give constant updates on the evolution of feature development in the sprint.
- Evaluate the functional and technical health of features developed by peers through cross-testing among the development team and involvement in all test phases.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and delivering quality solutions to bugs raised in production.
