As a Content Reviewer, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and secure online environment by enforcing standards, addressing user concerns, and staying informed about trends to refine moderation strategies. Your expertise will help us ensure that our platform remains a safe space for users to engage and interact.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Evaluation : Monitor videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community guidelines and remove inappropriate material
  • Policy Implementation : Apply platform rules across various types of content
  • User Assistance : Address user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions
  • Compliance Assurance : Collaborate with your team to meet regulatory requirements
  • Trend Analysis : Identify emerging risks by analyzing user behavior patterns to enhance moderation efforts
  • Workflow Optimization : Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and processes

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
