About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling our platform to meet the needs of our customers. You will lead product development, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring seamless integration with our AI-driven outreach system. Additionally, you will architect and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and integrations to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop our AI-driven outreach system, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring seamless integration.
- Lead a team of engineers to build and scale our platform, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive automation, eliminate manual processes, and refine AI model interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tech with business growth, funding, and GTM execution.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Deep expertise in Full-Stack Development, with a strong background in backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Experience in AI & Automation, including LLMs, agentic workflows, and API integrations.
- Strong skills in Scalability & Architecture, with the ability to build for scale and manage large datasets.
- Familiarity with Database & Infrastructure, including structuring, optimizing, and managing data efficiently.
- Security & Compliance knowledge, with a focus on data privacy, security best practices, and API security.
- A hands-on approach, with experience in coding when needed, but also leading tech strategy.
- Entrepreneurial Drive, with a passion for growing a startup from MVP to scale.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and iterate quickly.
- Leadership & Hiring, with experience in recruiting, managing, and inspiring an engineering team.
- Business-Driven Thinking, with an understanding of how tech decisions impact growth & revenue.
