**About the Job**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Global Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our international hub, you will be responsible for providing customer support to clients, primarily through email or phone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offer customer support to clients
  • Provide assistance on customers' banking-related queries
  • Perform tasks related to banking activities according to project needs
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies/procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

**Requirements for Success**

To succeed in this role, you must be a native French speaker, looking for a job opportunity abroad, and motivated to work with multiple nationalities. You should also be comfortable writing in French and have excellent communication skills.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary package including a permanent contract, working hours from Monday to Saturday, and a performance bonus. Additionally, you will receive meal vouchers, reimbursement of some transportation costs, Private Health Insurance, and dental plan after six months. If you live outside Portugal, you will be reimbursed for your initial flight ticket after four months and provided with accommodation in a shared flat for four months.
