Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a part-time opportunity that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling user inquiries across various communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media. You will guide users through account setup and login issues, troubleshoot streaming quality and buffering problems, and provide assistance on compatibility and device settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to users via multiple communication channels
  • Assist with subscription management, payment methods, and billing issues
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming quality and compatibility
  • Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements
Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information
