Customer Service Representative Role
As a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will be responsible for handling user inquiries across various communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Registration and Sign-in: Guide users through account setup and login issues
Streaming Troubleshooting: Resolve streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems
App & Device Support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation, and device settings
Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues
Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations
Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements
Requirements:
Fluent in English
High school diploma required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports
Experience in Customer Service (preferred)
