Customer Service Representative for Viaplay

- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat and social media.
- Main Tasks:
- Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues.
- Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems.
- App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings.
- Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues.
- Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations.
- Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.
- Requirements:
- Native Norwegian speaker.
- Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory).
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
- Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports.
- Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
