Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a member of the Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's presence and customer experience at retail points.
Main Responsibilities- Activation Management: Coordinate and manage marketing activations as defined by the Marketing Director for each retailer, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Retail Support: Ensure the retail team is equipped with all the necessary tools and materials for each project to maximize sales opportunities.
- POS Material Provision: Supply all Point of Sale (POS) materials to enhance the customer experience and promote brand engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all trade activations to assess effectiveness and guide future strategies.
- Planogram Management: Support the management and adaptation of planograms, ensuring that all visual elements at POS are displayed according to global guidelines.
- Supplier Coordination: Assist in coordinating suppliers throughout the design, production, and implementation process of all visual merchandising elements at POS.
- Guideline Development: Support the development of visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's corporate guidelines across all channels.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with teams to coordinate and execute local events and promotions, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Design Development: Participate in the creation of technical drawings and conceptual designs for merchandising elements such as glorifiers, windows, product boards, and podiums.
