Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Communication Department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital platforms that support corporate communications.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that content is up-to-date, platforms function seamlessly, and employees have access to well-structured and engaging resources.

  • Platform Management: Umbraco & CV Warehouse
  • Microsoft 365 Communication Tools Administration
  • LogoTV - Logoplaste Corporate TV - Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with technical teams to report errors and implement changes
  • Create, update, and remove modules, sections, and page content
  • Interpret and optimize requests from HR teams for better platform usability
  • Upload news, create new menus, and develop complex sub-sites
  • Maintain homepage content, including movies, banners, and hyperlinks
  • Ensure corporate platforms functionality by working closely with the IT Department and third-party vendors
  • Monitor corporate system updates and implement new versions while preserving functionality
  • Proactively add value to platform developments and user experience improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Platforms, IT, or related fields
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in content management, intranet/web platform administration, or IT support
  • Previous experience with Umbraco, SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
