About the Role

The salary for this position is approximately €60,000 per year, paid in 14 installments.

This permanent contract comes with a basic salary, private medical care, English courses (financially or co-financed by the company), food allowance (€9.60 per working day), a hybrid and flexible work schedule (three days a week at the office), comprehensive onboarding program, buddy, good access to public transport, and more.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a vision and roadmap for the product.
  • Grooming and prioritizing the product backlog in close collaboration with business and business change management stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the agile development process and ceremonies together with the team.
  • Managing communication towards and from the development team.
  • Ensuring that the product delivers the expected value to the business.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Ensuring progress on the product development through its full lifecycle.
  • Reporting updates to stakeholders and the product team.
  • Managing and planning the needed test activities to improve the quality and security of the solution and to ensure that we are ready for rolling out on time.
  • Taking part in the support chain and incident handling process to ensure continuous availability for our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A solid knowledge of the infrastructure in scope, i.e., technologies like containerization, MongoDB Atlas, RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL), Kafka.
  • The ability to construct and understand high-level solutions.
  • An understanding of code and code structure, best practices, what patterns and software architecture would be a good fit for a specific task.
  • The ability to challenge developers and do proper testing/QA.
  • Understanding automated test, how to test the code and solution best possible and how to automate the test approach.
  • Solution architecture in SDD, the ability to maintain and set up a SDD together with the SA.
  • Debugging and understanding of debugging, the ability to follow talks between developers.
  • The ability to guard the code quality.
  • General security, the ability to understand general security and application security design.
