Role Overview

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing competency-based learning journeys that align with SBM's strategic objectives. You will partner with functional leaders and HR generalists to identify role-specific competencies and assess learning needs.

You will design and deliver competency-based learning solutions that contribute to organizational performance. You will also guide HR generalists to effectively implement the established learning strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Learning Alignment: Partner with functional leaders and HR generalists to identify role-specific competencies and assess learning needs.
  • Measuring Impact & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Cultural Transformation & Change Management: Drive the 'Own Your Growth' initiative by fostering self-directed career development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing learning solutions.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering on-the-job learning and coaching frameworks.
