CLEVERLY LDA (Portugal) invites applications for a Technical Account Manager position on our Global Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, sales, or a related field, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. You will be passionate about technology and have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their goals and recommend solutions that drive success
Deliver value by providing personalized recommendations, leading product demonstrations, and hosting webinars to guide customers through their journey
Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless and impactful customer experiences
Leverage data to identify trends, forecast risks, and bolster recommendations
Showcase product expertise to help customers optimize their use of Zendesk's tools
Create scalable resources to support customer success at scale
