Ambitious Community Builder

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Ambitious Community Builder. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our online and offline community.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community members;
• Collaborate with team members to plan and organize events, webinars, and other community-building initiatives;
• Manage our CRM platform to ensure seamless communication with community members;
• Participate in strategic meetings to contribute to the development of our community strategy;
• Nurture relationships with community members through regular interactions and feedback;

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 20 hours per week availability for at least 6 months;
• Living in one of our SPEAK cities or willingness to relocate;
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills (our team meetings are primarily held in English);
• Proactive and excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and develop creative strategies;
• Willingness to learn and develop yourself with the support of our team;
• Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies;
• Team-work skills and experience to bring together diverse views and communicate effectively;

Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects the value we place on our team members' contributions.
