Customer Service Ambassador

We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries efficiently.
Responsibilities- Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information
- Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
- Patience when communicating and solving issues
- The ability to keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends
- Proactivity, self-motivation, and a great team player mindset
