MicroHarvest is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across all segments, acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets in pet food, aquafeed, and human food markets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for continuously gathering and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine strategies and optimize performance.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across markets. If you have a passion for sustainability and are eager to be part of a fast-growing startup, we encourage you to apply.
