The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial analytics, finance, and/or sales operations, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of commercial analytics and reporting solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to identify business needs and develop strategic recommendations.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality commercial analytics and reporting products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial leadership, field sales teams, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial analytics, finance, and/or sales operations.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- Ability to drive implementation and enhance methodologies and standard processes.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
