Job Description: Commercial Director

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and expand market share
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships to accelerate business development
  • Direct sales strategy and operations to meet revenue targets in all target markets
  • Foster long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Support strategic marketing efforts by analyzing market trends and customer feedback
  • Manage product portfolio from concept to market, ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • 8+ years' work experience in international sales in the B2B Ingredients space
  • Open to travel (up to 40%)
  • Hands-on personality, team player spirit, and efficient self-time management
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of a fast-growing startup
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Portuguese is a plus
