We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Development Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for interpreting data and market insights. As a Commercial Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and successful project execution.
About the Role
This role includes:
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist National Account Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the pharmacy channel.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned key accounts, contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking key account performance, and helping to forecast future sales based on customer needs and market conditions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with trade marketing and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our brands and products, becoming an expert point of contact for customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A recent graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- An organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Benefits
