Food Industry Sales Development Representative

Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Food Industry Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage designated pipeline and make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new business deals
- Position our distribution platform and value proposition to consultatively engage with prospective customers
- Collaborate with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with an online company or in the restaurant/F&B distribution industry
- Native Portuguese language skills with good English proficiency
- A proven track record of contracting new business and regularly exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Territory and pipeline management experience using Salesforce or another CRM tool
