**About the Role**

Sales Development Representatives at Zendesk are key team members driving new business and delivering on the strategy for our expanding EMEA region. This exciting opportunity is an integral part of our continued success and growth, and we're seeking exceptional sales talent to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, qualifying high-value opportunities for our Account Executives, and utilizing excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell. You'll be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics, be the face of the brand, and focus on building an outstanding customer experience.

**What We're Looking For**

  • Possession of a "Can Do" or "Winner" attitude, with a hunger and 'self-starter' commitment to overachieve and succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, German, and Polish, with additional languages desirable.
  • A proven track record of overachieving in a fast-paced dynamic environment, or business experience in SaaS sales, with examples of being customer-centric and curious.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a passion to kick-start or continue a career in consultative sales.
