Sales Development Representative for Hospitality Industry

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new international commercial hub in Lisbon, Portugal as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of the business development team, you will play a crucial role in building a pipeline through cold calling to business clients in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify potential deals before passing them on to the Country Manager
  • Identify the right contacts and take initiative to achieve results
  • Meet sales targets and exceed expectations

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B setting
  • A motivated and ambitious individual eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
  • Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
  • Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone

The company offers an excellent competitive basic salary of €20,000-30,000 basic gross p/a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (20% OTE). You can expect honest and clear guidance from our recruiters who are here to support you throughout the process.
