Role Overview

The Account Development Representative will play a key role in managing a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, with the goal of qualifying as many high-value and top-quality opportunities for our Account Executives. This involves excellent communication skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, focusing on qualification and conversion of high-value opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and drive business growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches and identify new opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
  • A proven track record of overachieving in fast-paced environments, with a focus on sales excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a hunger to succeed and a commitment to delivering outstanding results

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
