TN Portugal is seeking a highly skilled French Content Moderation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our content moderation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that user-generated content on our platform complies with our community guidelines and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Review and Moderation: You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating French-language user-generated content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and forums.
  • Policies Enforcement: You will ensure that all content complies with our company policies and community guidelines, removing or flagging any inappropriate content such as offensive language, hate speech, and explicit material.
  • User Engagement: You will respond to user queries regarding content policies and moderation decisions, providing clear and concise information to maintain a positive user experience.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain detailed records of content moderation actions and user reports, using this data to inform future policy decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the moderation team to improve content policies and enhance user safety, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential, as is a good understanding of social media and digital content trends. Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus, but not required.
