As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be part of the Commercial Operations team, working closely with leadership, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize sales performance. Your expertise will help develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools, providing actionable insights for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust sales reporting and analytics frameworks to inform strategic decisions.
- Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts, identify trends, and optimize resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead and participate in projects aimed at driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
- Data Management and Administration: Serve as a subject matter expert in data structures, creating and maintaining single-source-of-truth data tables.
This role requires a highly analytical individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and contribute to shaping the future of pain-free living.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales analytics tools (e.g., Clari).
- Excellent Google Sheets and data visualization skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
What We Offer:
Compensation Package: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
