Job Description

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients across the globe.

About the Role

  • We are looking for an individual with fluent Spanish language skills and basic English skills for internal communication.
  • You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and providing effective solutions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide customer support via various channels while adhering to company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
  2. Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  3. Develop strong problem-solving skills and maintain a customer-oriented mindset to drive success in this role.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Basic English skills for internal communication.
  • Availability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system, including nights and weekends.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
