Job Overview

This role involves working as a Production Assistant Operator at Renolit Iberica's production site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in the supervision and start-up of machines, managing regulations and preparations to guarantee product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper functioning of machine parts (rolling mills, Entex, Eickoff, Strainer)
  • Recover rejected materials (strips and coils in the laminator)
  • Change and clean transport filters
  • Adjust conditions according to material
  • Monitor material levels and ensure good machine administration
  • Notify operators or supervisors of any anomalies (mechanical, electrical, contaminated material)
  • Clean the area for colour changes
  • Assist with machine dressing during start-ups
  • Inform superiors of critical points detected in the installation
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the section
  • Classify waste generated
  • Collaborate on achieving safety, quality, environment, sustainability, and productivity objectives
Requirements
  • Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
  • Fork-lift truck driver's license
  • Familiarity with industrial environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 months' experience in a similar position
  • Professional knowledge
  • Willingness and quick response to change
  • Availability to work shifts
