Production Assistant Operator

Job Summary:

RENOLIT Ibérica is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machines, maintaining high-quality products, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and start up machines, ensuring proper functioning and quality of products.
• Manage regulations and preparations to guarantee product quality.
• Monitor and maintain the good administration of the machine within the process.
• Notify the machine operator or second of any anomaly, be it mechanical, electrical, or contaminated material.
• Clean the area for a color change and help dress the machine during start-ups.
• Inform superiors of any critical points detected in the installation.
• Responsible for the order and cleanliness of the entire section.
• Classify waste generated and collaborate in achieving objectives set by management in terms of safety, quality, environment, sustainability, and productivity.
• Perform tasks outside the production line at the request of the person in charge.

Requirements:

• Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
• Fork-lift truck driver's license
• Familiar with industrial environment
• Minimum of 3 months' experience in a similar position
• Professional knowledge
• Willingness and quick response to change
• Availability to work shifts
