TN Portugal is seeking a highly motivated Assembly Department Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of team members, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Your primary focus will be on training new team members, assigning tasks, and setting production objectives. You will also be responsible for responding to production orders, facilitating continuous improvement within the team, and providing support in implementing improvements related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and motivation.
- Coordinate the activities of team members including task assignment and production objectives.
- Train new team members on safety rules, equipment operation, cleaning protocols, and assembly processes.
- Facilitate daily meetings with team members and promote communication between shifts.
- Monitor product performance indicators (OEE, Through-Puts, FTT, PPM's, customer incidents/alerts, scrap, breakdowns, TRIR, accidents/security incidents).
