About the Role

The Strategic Procurement Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies, managing suppliers, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance and sustainability requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, driving cost reductions, and promoting alignment within the organization.

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize supply chains
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver substantial cost reductions and process enhancements
  • Oversee contract management and compliance to protect the company's interests
  • Provide strategic procurement leadership and mentorship to the procurement team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 6-8 years of procurement leadership experience, with a focus on cost management and strategic sourcing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing procurement teams
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with contract negotiation

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
