Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a French-English Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Ttec, making a real difference in people's lives. We're looking for a talented individual to join our hybrid team, working in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Connect and resolve order-related issues with customers using both written communication and voice channels.
  • Stay up to date and learn about the latest technology to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of related customer service experience in retail, contact center, customer electronics, or similar fields.
  • Effective written communication skills, including grammar and spelling in French-English.
  • A team player with a desire to help solve issues, come up with solutions, and keep organized in your work.
