Job Title: Project Coordinator – Sales Strategy

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator – Sales Strategy to join our Sales team at Tonic App. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful onboarding of new clients and ensuring their smooth transition to our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end projects for new clients, from project initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, roles, and responsibilities to all stakeholders.
  • Refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and define timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, implementing proactive measures to ensure successful project outcomes and renewal.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and program success metrics, proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Build strong relationships through effective and concise communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • A pharmaceutical sciences or related life sciences degree or experience in the healthcare sector.
  • +2 years of experience in Project Management roles.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles and in enterprise client account and project management environments.
  • A strong customer success mindset with a bias for action, ability to balance client goals and company outcomes.
  • Ability to understand and uncover underlying issues by asking questions to both internal and external stakeholders and thinking critically to discover solutions to unique issues.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Airtable, etc).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Passion for technology and its deployment in healthcare.
  • Native level proficiency in Spanish (mandatory) and good working proficiency level in English.
