We are seeking a Personal Data Protection Analyst, responsible for ensuring compliance with Privacy by Design principles and supporting Project Managers on data protection activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate group project processes to ensure alignment with Privacy by Design principles.
  • Manage incoming requests, including Data Subject Rights Requests, within the CIB GDPR DESK inbox.
  • Publish periodic reports and manage a dedicated SharePoint space.
  • Contribute to promoting a culture of personal data protection throughout the organization.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Full proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Fluent English language skills (C1-C2).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of organization.
  • Able to synthesize complex concepts for a senior audience.
  • Proactiveness and ability to leverage transversal networks.
  • Adaptability in a changing environment.
