Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Data Protection Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Privacy by Design principles and supporting project managers on data protection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate group project processes to ensure they align with Privacy by Design principles and provide guidance to project managers on data protection matters.
  • Manage incoming requests via our designated Outlook inbox, including Data Subject Rights Requests, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Publish regular periodic reports on GDPR DESK activities and maintain a dedicated SharePoint space for relevant information.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of personal data protection within the organization and develop best practices to share with the data protection network.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Fluent English language skills (C1-C2 level).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • Able to simplify complex concepts for senior audiences and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and able to leverage internal networks and adapt to changing environments.
