The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creative development of customer stories, conducting interviews with key stakeholders, and writing compelling customer stories that focus on the people behind the technology. They will also be required to adhere to brand guidelines and ensure alignment with legal and compliance policies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the creative development of customer advocacy stories.
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights and information necessary for building the narrative.
- Write compelling customer stories that capture the positive changes enabled by the client's tech solutions.
- Ensure all content is written in American English and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proven experience in writing customer advocacy or business transformation stories.
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to understand trending technologies.
- Versatile writing skills with the ability to produce long-form and short-form content.
