Job Description

This position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients and partners. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to support organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation and specifications in both French and English.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate complex business concepts and recommendations effectively in both French and English.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Fluent in French: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in French is essential for effective communication with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting business process analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new business solutions and technologies.
