We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to lead our Contract Manufacturing procurement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative treatments for patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to ensure efficient sourcing of high-quality Contract Manufacturing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to inform procurement decisions and mitigate potential disruptions.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Contract Manufacturing processes and regulations.
