Norfin is a leading Real Estate Investment Manager that seeks a skilled Accounting and Reporting Professional to join our team. As an Accounting and Reporting Professional, you will be responsible for providing financial information and support to the company. Your key responsibilities will include preparing financial models and business plans, registering stamp tax on lease agreements, and preparing maps of outstanding rents.

About the Role:

This is a full-time hybrid position located in Lisboa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and reporting, with experience in Primavera software and knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial models and business plans
  • Register stamp tax on lease agreements
  • Prepare maps of outstanding rents
  • Provide financial information and support to the company
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or Finance
  • 2 years' experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience with Primavera software a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
