We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Lisboa Market Expansion Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our presence in the Lisboa market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our presence in the Lisboa market.
- Identify and target key corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and businesses in need of flexible accommodation solutions.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers, ensuring they see Ukio Apartments as their go-to partner for accommodation solutions.
Requirements:
- Solid background in sales, particularly in B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to engage with senior executives and business owners.
- Driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your role and market.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English and an understanding of the Lisboa market is essential.
