We are looking for a highly motivated Business Expansion Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Business Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the Spanish market, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify new business opportunities in Spain, assess their potential, and develop strategies to pursue them.
•Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth and market expansion in Spain.
•Manage sales teams, set targets, and monitor performance to ensure successful execution of business plans.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or services that meet market needs and trends.
•Analyze market data, assess competition, and provide insights to inform business decisions and strategy.
Requirements
•Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing.
•Strong understanding of the Spanish market, including its challenges, trends, and opportunities.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
