We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and writing skills, as well as a formal and diplomatic stance. Proactivity, self-motivation, and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
- Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
- Do indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
- Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
- Make claims and cancel requests.
