Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Specialist to join our team at Stonex. As a key member of our digital experience team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily maintenance of our website and ensuring that it remains up-to-date and visually appealing.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement web pages, landing pages, content, and multimedia in our CMS.
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert advising on digital best practices and technical requirements.
  • You will ensure that SEO best practices are implemented on all pages and conduct quality assurance testing to review website content for errors.
  • You will collaborate with regional managers to maintain website content using CMS templates and assist project leaders with quality assurance testing and issue resolution.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining records of marketing tasks and providing daily/weekly status reports. You will focus on tasks that enhance the customer experience and keep websites updated, adding and maintaining content for optimal user experience.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in web management for consumer-facing websites.
  • Familiarity with corporate-level web CMS (EPiServer, Sitecore, Adobe).
  • Strong ownership and ability to engage in constructive discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to enhance their experiences. This is a full-time position based in the UK and comes with a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
