The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum methodology and experience leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for guiding teams through the delivery process, fostering collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and coach Scrum teams to deliver software products and features on time and within scope.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure they are effectively managed.
- Act as the main point of contact for all delivery-related matters.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other internal teams to define, prioritize, and manage delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role in an agile environment.

- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project management software.
