About the Role

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Welcome new customers into the Colt ecosystem, providing them with guidance on how to work effectively with us
- Collaborating with sales, customers, and delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery processes
- Taking customer enquiries, resolving issues, or escalating them to the back office resolver group
- Communicating complex information clearly to diverse customers
- Providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Influencing colleagues across the organization to meet customer needs
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- Fluency in both French and English
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal abilities
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with networking technologies and products
- Ability to navigate and respond to changing customer needs
