Do you love travelling and want to have an abroad working experience in the warm Mediterranean area? For several projects in the hospitality, Tech and Social Media industry, we are looking for French speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions regarding flights, applications or products, as well as other service related questions.
Your responsibility will include: Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to French speaking clients.Handle Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other channels professionally, ensuring accurate recording of customer information and understanding their needs.Offer Product Knowledge and Guidance: Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers based on comprehensive knowledge of different products and services.Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.What you will get: You will earn an abroad working experience and become more adaptable. The role is office-based in Portugal. You will be able to enjoy Portugal's rich history, beautiful landscapes, and vibrant culture. Requirements: Fluent in French (at least C1-C2 level) and English (B2)Know how to use MS OfficeCan multi-task, being able to handle calls while navigating through systemsGood problem-solving ability, being able to approach problems logicallyCustomer service experience preferredKnowledge of building repairs and customer complaints would be desirableTo apply, please send your CV in English to Thomas.
