We are now seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team.
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Porto office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing top-notch support and solutions. This is a fully on-site position, allowing you to work closely with a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not essential; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in French, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product and service-related questions, billing inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, feedback, and innovative ideas for improving customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French are mandatory.
- Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
