Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to French-speaking users.
- Assist users with queries related to our search engine services, privacy settings, navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding users' concerns and providing clear, accurate solutions.
- Educate customers on new features and help optimize their search experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Fluent in French (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
- Able to work on-site in Lisbon.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
