Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Reviewer to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing user reports regarding website content and analyzing it for compliance with requirements.
  • Flagging non-compliant content for action in a timely manner.
  • Making well-balanced decisions and resolving inquiries according to defined policies and procedures.
  • Using market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community.
  • Reviewing sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (C2 level accepted)
  • B2 level of English
  • Availability to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (24/7 availability)
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Holding a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification
  • Holder of a Portuguese residence permit/EU citizenship
