About the Role

TN Portugal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Business Controller to join our team and drive business growth.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including management accounts, KPIs, and other relevant reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective financial control systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of local accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial information.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cash control on a daily basis and monthly cash reconciliation of financial & operational systems.
  2. Preparation of monthly management reports, monthly reconciliations; revenue, expenses, balance sheet, etc.
  3. Providing information or any financial data requested by management as quickly as possible.
  4. Ensuring cash-flow projection, age analysis, Capex control, etc.
  5. Coordinate with external auditors by providing all requested information for the final audit reports.
  6. Supervise and coordinate with external accounting team, operational teams and projects managers.
