You will work closely with our customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will utilize our ERP system to manage orders, track inventory, and optimize logistics processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing errors.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service technicians, engineers, and sales representatives, to resolve complex issues and drive business results.

As an Instrument Order Expert, you will be expected to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
