Order Management Specialist

This role is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate records, and resolving billing issues. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Experience members to communicate and resolve order-related issues.

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position
- Ability to analyze and improve processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and software applications
